Returns & Shipping
For 'Off the Peg' items, please refer to the 'lead time' guidelines in the item listings for costs and approximate delivery schedules. For custom items shipping costs an estimated lead time will be given at the point of order. Any further alterations made to an order may increase build and delivery times. In this case an email will be sent notifying you of the change, to the email address provided by you at the point of order. An email will be sent to the email address provided by you, when items are dispatched. It is vitally important that you provide an accurate address at the point of order, as any inaccuracies will result in the item being returned to me and your order being cancelled.
WITHIN THE UK
Shipping within the UK mainland is by Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD. Orders with a value over £50 will be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature. UK delivery times are typically 3-4 working days
International shipping is via UPS tracked parcel service. Items MAY require a signature on delivery. International shipping times are typically 6-10 working days although this may vary depending on your location.
My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact mr at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 0794 115 2090.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email explaining the reason for requesting an exchange. I will then provide you with my postal address.
To return your product, you should contact me so that I can provide you with my postal address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item, so proof of postage must be obtained.
